Incoming 6th Grade Orientation

Hi Families!

You are receiving this email because your child received an offer to attend The Highbridge Green School for this coming school year (2025-2026). Please take a moment to complete this RSVP form to let us know that you will be attending our June 27th Orientation for all incoming 6th grade students. 

Reminders:

• There will be two sessions on June 27th. 9 AM to 11 AM, and 1 PM to 3 PM. 

• You may attend ANY TIME during either of the two windows. 

• If you cannot attend, please indicate this on your RSVP form, and we will gladly reach out to you to schedule an appointment.

• During Orientation, you will meet with a staff member to go over important school information and expectations, as well as receive your child's Summer Homework. 

• Uniform purchase/pick up will happen during the last week of August.

Están recibiendo este correo electrónico porque su hijo recibió una oferta para asistir a The Highbridge Green School para el próximo año escolar (2025-2026). Por favor, tómense un momento para completar este formulario de RSVP para hacernos saber que asistirán a nuestra Orientación del 6 de junio para todos los estudiantes de 6to grado que vienen.

Recordatorio: 

• Habrá dos sesiones el 27 de junio. De 9 AM a 11 AM, y de 1 PM a 3 PM.

• Pueden asistir EN CUALQUIER MOMENTO durante cualquiera de las dos franjas horarias.

• Si no pueden asistir, por favor indíquenlo en su formulario de RSVP, y con gusto nos pondremos en contacto con ustedes para programar una cita.

• Durante la Orientación, se reunirán con un miembro del personal para repasar información importante de la escuela y expectativas, así como recibir la tarea de verano de su hijo.

• La compra/recogida del uniforme se llevará a cabo durante la última semana de agosto.
